These terms govern your use of Trade Booking and its products — the Diary and Accounts — whether used individually or together under one account. By using the service you agree to them.
You're responsible for your login and for activity under your account. One Trade Booking account can use the Diary, Accounts, or both; you choose which products to switch on. Keep your password secure and your details accurate.
If you enable online payments, you connect your own Stripe and/or GoCardless account and are bound by their terms. Payments from your customers go directly to your account. Trade Booking is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for refunds, chargebacks or disputes between you and your customers.
You own the business and customer data you put into Trade Booking. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service. You're responsible for having the right to store the customer information you add, and for using it lawfully (including for any messages you send through the service).
Don't use the service unlawfully, to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Trade Booking helps you record and submit figures (including VAT via Making Tax Digital) and shows estimates for guidance. It is not a substitute for an accountant or tax adviser, and tax estimates are indicative only. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you file.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can stop using and cancel anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.
